Story
Nina and Davis both grew up outside of Boston. So much of their happiness as kids was generated by being outdoors. While New York, where Nina and Davis live, and plan to stay for the foreseeable future, is jokingly referred to as the "concrete jungle," it's so much more than that -- alongside the skyscrapers and subway grates are 20,000 acres of forests and wetlands. Preserving these natural areas goes hand-in-hand with combatting deleterious effects of global warming and ensuring the wellbeing of New York's 8.4 million residents.
