The Woodleaze project will provide short-term supported housing for up to 18 young people aged 16-25 who are facing homelessness through no fault of their own. Often when a young person presents themselves as homeless, they have no one else to turn to. At Woodleze we will focus on establishing a trusting relationship with the young person, providing engagement, and learning opportunities, working with them towards a successful, independent life and providing affordable and accessible move on accommodation so they can be a great part of the local community.
