Organised by Save the Rhino International#WorldRhinoDay is celebrated on September 22 every year! This special day provides us with the opportunity to celebrate rhinos in their own unique ways and raise vital funds for conservation so that we can keep them safe.

Rhino poaching has reached crisis point, and across the globe rhino habitat is shrinking. Its shocking that today, three of the five species of rhino are Critically Endangered, and two of them have fewer than 80 animals left in the wild. The good news is that we are making progress - rhino poaching numbers are down this from previous years in South Africa, Namibia and Kenya. We can stop poaching and habitat loss so that in 20 years time, rhinos will no longer be near extinction. But we need to act now. Help us to save the rhino.
