We support women, children and young people affected by all forms of sexual abuse and exploitation and raise public awareness of its damaging effects. We recognise that these are acts of violence, involving the abuse of power and control, a breach of human rights and are routed in gender inequality.

Story

WRASAC was set up as Dundee Rape Crisis in 1984- this year we turn 40 and we are aiming to raise £40K to continue the great work that goes on from WRASAC across Dundee and Angus.

We are a specialist agency providing free and confidential support services to survivors who have been raped, sexually abused or sexually exploited at any time in their life.

You can find out more about our services here https://www.wrasac.org.uk/how-we-can-help/

We will be carrying out many fundraising events this next 12 months and during this time there will be a team of 11 of us walking in the Kiltwalk for WRASAC (August 2024) and fighting for a world where gender based violence does not exist.

All of the money we collect from fundraising will go back into the service and delivery for women and young people.

We appreciate all the help and support from you
