Story
It's that time of year again - the Warmley Wheelers Cycle Challenge is returning in July for its fourth year. This year is particularly special because we celebrated the 10th anniversary of Warmley Wheelers in April 2024!
Please help us in our tenth year so that we can continue to support people who would normally find it difficult to ride a bike.
To take part, follow these three steps:
1. Choose your own cycling challenge.
Whether it's learning to ride a bike, cycling to work every day or cycling 1000 miles throughout the month, we'd love to have you on board. You can take part in a group, on your own or with the support of a parent or carer. You could use your own bike, an exercise bike at the gym or hire a bike from Warmley Wheelers. It really is up to you!
2. Ask for sponsorship.
Click 'Start fundraising' at the top right of this page to set up your JustGiving page. Once you've created it, share your page with friends, family, colleagues and on social media to encourage people to sponsor you. If you need any help with this or would like a paper sponsorship form, please email fundraising@milestonestrust.org.uk.
3. Complete the challenge in July!
It doesn't matter if it takes you a day, a week or the full month to complete your challenge, as long as it is during July. Everyone who takes part will receive a certificate to celebrate their success and as a token of our gratitude. If you raise £100 or more, we'll give you a medal!
The difference your support makes
Warmley Wheelers provides specialist equipment and a safe, friendly environment to help people with health conditions and supported needs to ride a bike.
Sharing your story
We really enjoy hearing from participants. It's wonderful to find out why you decided to get involved and how you are getting on with your challenge. If you would like to share your story and pictures of you completing your challenge, email marketing@milestonestrust.org.uk
If you're happy for us to tell the world about your amazing achievements, we'll talk about them on our website and social media channels.
