The Trussell Trust have enjoyed working in partnership with WW for three years now, having started our partnership in January 2019. Thanks to the generosity and support of countless WW members, we have been able to raise over £500,000 in support of over 1,300 food banks centres in the Trussell Trust network. This amount could help the Trussell Trust to provide training and support for 30,000 volunteers, helping food banks across their network to provide the best possible service to people in crisis.

WW and WW members have supported the Trussell Trust in a variety of ways:

WellnessWins donations - in August 2018, WW launched WW Good, a social impact campaign that aims to democratise wellness everywhere - for everybody, making healthy habits accessible to all. WW partnered with The Trussell Trust as part of WellnessWins in March 2019, so Wins can be donated to support people in crisis. Weve been inspired by the number of members who were redeeming their WellnessWins as a donation to the Trussell Trust.

Healthy Giving Challenge - in April 2020 WW launched a global healthy giving challenge to support their WW Good charity partners expanding their mission to help communities and help those who may be struggling through this time. In the UK, we got off to a great start with 5x more members redeeming their wins for a valuable donation to the Trussell Trust in the first week.

Hunger Free Future campaign - in December 2020 WW employees supported this fantastic initiative by giving their voice, their donations and their time in support of a future where nobody needs to use a food bank to get by.

Race Against Hunger - we are now so excited to invite the WW community to our virtual 5k Race Against Hunger event on 2nd April 2022. It doesnt matter whether youre an experienced runner or a novice. Make it your challenge, your race and join us Race Against Hunger is more than just a run, its a movement!
