At iKhethelo Children’s Village in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, children who have had a difficult start are given a safe, loving home. It is a place where they can heal, grow, and dream.

But for many, the Christmas holidays, a time that should be full of family, fun and laughter, can feel long and quiet. While others are surrounded by relatives and celebrations, the children often stay at the Village.

That’s why we’ve launched the Christmas Wish Appeal, a campaign by the South African Children’s Charitable Trust, to fill their six-week holiday with joy, creativity and unforgettable experiences.
