With 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem, Xpand is helping Mind in Bradford raise awareness of the importance of mental health and ensure nobody struggles alone. Mind in Bradford provides mental health and wellbeing support in our local areas of Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.

This year The Xpandables will be taking on three challenges:

Championship Dragon Boat Race - 2nd July

Tough Mudder Leeds - 30th July

600 Mile September - throughout September
