As you know, our annual Yellow & Blue Day takes place in April and is crucial in raising funds to ensure our Club continues to be there for Boltons children and young people. Each year, local businesses, community groups and schools take part in our annual fundraiser to help raise funds towards our targeted youth services the critical services which support our must vulnerable children and young people. However, this year, our Yellow and Blue Day will be different. As we share our colours with Ukraine, we feel it would be remiss of us to not acknowledge the tragedy unfolding in Europe. Therefore, in support for the children, young people, and families whose livelihoods have been affected, the funds raised from our annual Yellow and Blue Day will be split, with half of the monies raised going directly to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal, for the children, young people, and families either in Ukraine or Ukrainians that have fled to the UK. We know by doing this, our legendary fundraising day can support not only our own vulnerable children and young people in crisis, but also those in Ukraine.

A huge thank you to the Bolton Ukrainian Club for their support with this, who will be working with us on distributing the funds to ensure maximum impact on lives either humanitarian aide in the Ukraine or for Ukraine families that have fled to the UK.
