At the tender age of just 25 years old, Yianni sadly passed away. Having completed his Bachelors degree in Law and coming to the end of his Legal Practice Course he was about to embark on his training contract with the global law company DLA Piper. Yiannis future was promising to say the least. A bright future for a young and handsome man with a passion for windsurfing.

Yianni passed away in April 2016. The fund was started with donations from Yianni's friends when he died. His mother, who is on the OMS program, wants to carry on raising money in his memory for OMS

The Yianni for Overcoming MS Bursary Fund has been created in his memory. The bursary is intended to financially assist those in need, to allow them to attend a life changing OMS retreat.
