As part of LifeChurch's Young Leaders Discipleship (YLD) gap year, we, Thierry and Rachel, will be serving the local community and church in a low income area of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 11th to 25th June 2024.

We will be helping to lead church services, including the teaching and worship. We will also be running events for the local children and young adults, as well as visiting family homes, to engage with, and encourage, the local community.

We will be organising several fund-raising events over the next few months to raise funds for our flights and accommodation. We would also like to be able to take some gifts with us, to bless the children we meet. We would really appreciate you sponsoring us for the events we arrange, or donating to help us raise the money that we need for the trip.
