On Sunday 4th October, the same day as London Marathon, YMCA Crewe will host our own virtual charity marathon with a difference. No participation fees, no minimum sponsorship amount, just an opportunity for people from all walks of life to complete the ultimate bucket list challenge, and get their very own marathon t-shirt and medal.

Participants will have 24 hours to walk or run 26.2 miles, either individually or as part of a relay team. The miles completed will need to be logged either using an app, or good old pen and paper, and everyone completing the 26.2 miles will receive a medal and t-shirt.

All money raised will help us to continue supporting young people at risk of homelessness. But this marathon isn't just about the money, its an opportunity to bring our community together, share the sense of achievement, and make memories that will last a lifetime.
