Story

Hello!

This December, the TM organisation hosts an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime event that will bring together 10,000 individuals from every corner of the globe, with the aim to create a wave of peace and harmony throughout the entire world.

This extraordinary gathering will include global leaders, scientists, and world-famous artists - all united in their dedication to creating a better world.

The science behind creating a more peaceful world

This is not just a gathering of like-minded individuals; it is a bold and ambitious experiment. Extensive scientific research has shown that when a large enough group practices the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi program together, it creates a profound shift in global consciousness, as evidenced by reduced crime, violence, political and social uncertainty, and an increase in positive trends. Over fifty scientific studies have verified this effect.

During this event, scientists will record the effects of this unprecedented large group on world trends.

Having the required 10,000 people is vital in making it a resounding success. Each Sidha and Meditator is very precious to create this effect, so we are fundraising for those who may like to contribute but don't quite have the available funds. Maybe you would like to attend yourself but are unable. By donating, you can enjoy the benefits by helping others attend. Your contribution will make a big difference not only to those who wish to attend, but to the collective consciousness of the entire world. We are delighted to let you know that 30 people are already attending from Scotland and we wish to add more with your help!

Here are those who would like support to attend and contribute to the experiment -

Tom Pringle

"I’m Tom, I’ve been a siddha since 1988, happily doing my programme regularly twice a day. I love the strong meditating community in Glasgow and here in Edinburgh. I love the strong connection with nature. And, I would love to be a part of the 10,000 group in India this year!

Since 2012 I have been an occasional guest speaker at Glasgow TM centre presenting various talks on the Modern Science and Vedic Wisdom such as the Maharishi Effect.

I spent 4 weeks with 4,000 other siddhas deeply immersed in a collective, blissful silence that saw the Washington crime rates reduced by 18% and a measurable uptick in positive events elsewhere in the world. Iif you cannot make it out there then I would urge you to support me instead! I will take you in my awareness and into that profound, deep silence. For anyone who wishes I will also bring a photo of you to India with me. In that way, you can be more closely connected with this incredible event and profound experience, even if you can’t be there in person."

Laura Mathieson

"My name is Laura and I am a full time carer living in Dundee in Scotland. I learnt the TM technique in 2007 when I was 19 years old. I volunteered with Mother Divine in Holland in 2011 and it is my hope to volunteer at MERU next spring.

I have never been to India before and would love the chance to attend the course. It would be a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of this magical experience while being surrounded by other meditators and siddhas from around the world."
