Visit the charity's profileThe Abbots Langley Tough10 started life as a run between a handful of local runners organised by the village policeman. Over the years it has grown and grown with hundreds of runners taking part in the 1k fun run, 3k, 5k and 10KSB races.
The aim of the day is to raise money for local good causes so we ask the runners to raise sponsorship or obtain donations for their endeavours.
All money raised is put back into the local community to support local groups and people who are suffering ill heath or supporting someone with ill health. We also support local groups/clubs who need help with funding towards equipment each year we raise about £7,000 to £10,000
