The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileAs we grow older we face new challenges, and maybe even illness, loneliness or poverty. But that doesn’t stop us being ourselves. We still want to laugh, love and be needed. We want to stay independent and keep doing the things we love. We all want a fulfilling later life. For over 60 years, Age UK West Sussex has been providing activities and services to enable older people to live independently for longer.
So join Sally Gunnell OBE, Daphne Belt (79 year old triathlete from Littlehampton), Tamsen Harward (not-yet-fit Head of Development for Age UK West Sussex) and 100s of other Age UK West Sussex riders as we each pedal 100 miles across West Sussex in one day to raise over £150,000 to help older people in West Sussex. But if you're not able to join us on your bike and fundraise yourself, then please do support our cause. Because there is a solution to loneliness for older people and it's called Age UK West Sussex.
