The development of Leadership and Teamwork skills is a very important aspect of a Royal Air Force Air Cadet's training. Our young people get the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities and many of these rely on our cadets being able to draw upon these essential life skills.

Our volunteer instructors spend many hours developing training scenarios to help our cadets receive a good grounding in their leadership and teamwork abilities. Our aim is to purchase MTa Insights training resources which will improve our staffs ability to deliver high quality training using off-the-shelf and proven activities. 

We also aim to send at least two of our volunteer staff on a training workshop in order to make sure that the leadership and teamwork training is delivered in a way that maximises the learning objectives for each of the activities.
