Story

Dana cares for her son, Hunter, who is five years old and has autism.

Dana is undertaking a sponsored walk from Dundee to Arbroath on Monday 29 May 2017, to raise funds for the Angus Carers Centre. She will be leaving from the Seagate area in Dundee at 9.30am, and hopes to complete the 16.7 miles walk before 5pm the same day.

Dana feels she has benefited so much from the Angus Carers Centre. In particular, Dana wishes to support the Centre’s 'Families Programme', which provides a range of short break activities to give parents, children and their siblings the chance to get out and have fun together. So Dana would like to give something back to help Angus Carers support other carers in a similar situation.

Please support Dana by sponsoring her to complete the walk - every penny counts and will make a real difference to the lives of other unpaid carers.
