Story

Bangor International Choral Festival is unique in that it is the only purely Choral Festival which takes place in Northern Ireland, it is fully inclusive of age, community background and ability and incorporates school choirs of all ages, including Special Schools, as well as youth and adult choirs.

About the charity

The aim of Bangor International Choral Festival is to encourage and promote the talent of choral singing across all communities, age groups, abilities and backgrounds. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where the talent of choral singing is encouraged and supported, especially in the young.
