We help disadvantaged people in west London live healthy, safe and independent lives and to maximise their potential.

How do we - and you - make a difference?  By:

a) helping people who have learning disabilities to develop new skills and opportunities, and grow in confidence and self esteem

b) providing telephone and volunteer face-to-face safe & well checks, advocacy and befriending services to elderly isolated people

c) offering rehabilitation services for older persons following a hospital operation and stay

d) managing child safety (ages 0-5) and home security to low income residents

e) undertaking large works home improvements for disabled and elderly people

f) having a vibrant community centre used by 2,000 people a month
