When Beetlejuice was found abandoned and alone this morning in a London cemetery he was cold and hungry. Sadly, his sibling – who he was discovered lying next to – hadn’t made it.

A kind person rushed him to our animal hospital in Hammersmith, West London and our team sprang into action immediately.

Beetlejuice is emaciated and his tiny body is really suffering from the effects of being infested with fleas. His young skin is so thin and he's been fighting to keep going while he struggles with the anaemia caused by fleabites.

Our nurses are hand-feeding him right now, and our vets believe that because he got help from Blue Cross when he did, that he's likely to survive.

We’ll be giving him all the care he needs around the clock and throughout the weekend until he's well.
