The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profile"My name is Julie Harvey and before I got diagnosed with this grade 4 brain tumour I was a very active person. I was working in a Nursing home as an activities coordinator, being a mum and wife as well as training for walks, open water swims and sprint triathlons. To say this tumour, which was removed, has thrown me is the understatement. I have had radiotherapy and chemotherapy together and I am now in a 6 month cycle of chemotherapy 5 day on 23 day off. When I am feeling good I am training for a 26 mile walk which I hope to do June and I am also training for a 12 mile bike ride as part of a team tri. I am a very determined lady and I do not want this tumour to take over who I am, hence trying to live a normal life!!! I have great support from friends and family and on bad days is what keeps me going.
