The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileSince 2011, the Tree of Life Café has offered support and advice for people living with mental health issues. Every Monday the café takes up residence in Romsey’s Caffe Nero and anyone is welcome to come along, make friends, find some peace and quiet or access information about mental health issues.
Going forward, the Tree of Life Cafe would like to develop an online resource which gathers together advice and signposting information currently available face-to face.
Vanessa Lawrence, Acute Care Chaplain for Southern Health, who helps to run the weekly café says: "This tool will not only help to reduce stigma and raise awareness around mental health and wellbeing, but also provide an opportunity for people to explore ways of developing richer and more meaningful lives."
Your support will make a huge difference to the lives of people currently supported by the Tree of Life Café project and potentially new people reached through the development of this online resource.
