Due to hostile conditions in war-torn countries such as Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, thousands of refugees are fleeing daily, to find peace and safety for them and their families. According to UNHCR, 836,883 refugees have entered Europe in 2015 until 17th November, with roughly 6,000 refugees entering from different Greek islands a day, and 37% of them vulnerable women and children. These refugees have left all of their possessions and made their way through a rough journey. Many of them needing medical attention, others basic necessities such as food and clothes.

We will be sending volunteers on the ground to help with different aspects including translation, medical help, organising food, dispatch on buses, cleaning the camp, distributing blankets and handing out clothes
