The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileWe are only able to help 9,000 16-25 year olds a year, but with your help we can reach out to more, and launch the Centrepoint Helpline as the first place young people can go when they are in need.
Centrepoint aims to end youth homelessness by providing accommodation, health, support and life skills to many of these homeless young people, helping them get back into education, training and employment.
With your support, we’ll be able to provide them with hope - a helping hand to a future where they can fulfil their potential.
To these homeless young people, your help is invaluable.
