Our Mini Marathon event takes place again around Shadwell Basin on 11th November.

It's up to you how you take part. You can walk, run, skateboard or push a pram around the course of either 1.6km, 3km or 5km with flexible start times between 11am and 4pm. Come and join in - whether you are there to enjoy being a part of a community event, perhaps you want to compete for the prize to raise the most money in support of projects delivered all over the borough, increase fitness levels ... whatever your passion, you are all welcome!!

Monies raised will go towards two main projects including The Education Station and Trumpers Jumpers as well as supporting our Equalities, Employment and Empowerment directives.

As usual the emphasis is on taking part and having fun rather than demonstrating any Olympic potential (although, Olympians are more than welcome :).

You will receive a Certificate and Medal in recognition of your efforts; and there will also be some refreshments to enjoy too!
