Taking part is easy
First, set up your Fast profile today, by clicking the ‘fundraise for campaign’ button on this page. Use it to spread the word about what you’re doing, and ask people to sponsor you online. Or call 0800 032 4001 to get more information. Then, on the 24th of November, give up something you love for the day. Could you survive without your daily coffee, or favourite TV show?
