Croydon Minster
Croydon Minster Organ Restoration Appeal
We did it! Thanks so much to everyone who helped us achieve our target of £250,000 for Croydon Minster's William Hill & Sons Pipe Organ.
Our campaign is now complete. 12 supporters helped us raise £250,000.00
Visit the charity's profileBut our heritage and musical tradition is now at risk. The Organ is in need of major and urgent restoration. It is over 40 years since any significant work to the instrument was undertaken and only 60% of it now functions adequately. If we don't act now we risk losing our precious and much-loved instrument altogether and Croydon will lose (possibly for ever) its most significant choral training establishment for young people.
We need to raise at least £250,000. We've already raised our first £88,000. Please help us get to £100,000 by the end of April so we can build our unique musical heritage for future generations.* Charities pay a small fee for our service. Find out how much it is and what we do for it.
