Story

The death of a loved one is something that will affect us all at some stage in our lives. Christmas time can be an especially difficult and lonely time, whether the loss of a loved one is recent or many years ago. Please click here for a link to our leaflet "Tips for Coping at Christmas" which provides some helpful suggestions on how to manage feeling of grief and loss over the festive period.

Cruse provides somewhere to turn when someone dies, whenever or however the death occured. Last year Cruse offered one to one support to almost 3,000 people in Northern Ireland, including over 600 children and young people.  All our services are confidential and free. Support is provided by a network of highly trained volunteers, and we cover all of Northern Ireland.

Please help Cruse to continue our vital work supporting all those who are bereaved and experiencing deep grief in Northern Ireland this Christmas time.
