Oxygen Recovery is local charity Druglink's detox and rehabilitation service. We help people with substance misuse problems who want to rebuild their lives.

We understand the stereotypes around addicts - they're commonly assumed to be uneducated and uncaring of the consequences of their choices. Some assume they're homeless and likely to engage in criminal behaviour. Stereotypes say they're disinterested in change and prefer to let other people pay for their choices (and pick up the pieces when things fall apart). While some addicts are minorities or are financially disadvantaged, many are successful professionals. What brings our clients together is - regardless of upbringing or lifestyle - they do want change. They want to rebuild their lives and to live free of substance misuse.

We have developed a programme of therapeutic interventions and approaches that aim to improve both the body and mind. Our recovery pathway is integrative and holistic. To give our clients the strongest chance of recovery we help build their health and well-being.

Many people wanting this change won't receive funding for treatment and aren't in a position to pay for it themselves. This is where you can help. Every £1 you donate will go towards treatments for somebody on their recovery journey. 

You can choose to donate an amount from the Recovery Cart, but anything you can give would be hugely appreciated:
