To help us continue supporting between 80-100 homeless & vulnerable adults everyday, we are asking everyone sharing in a festive meal, party or service to donate just £1 each to the Cup of Kindness Appeal. This will help pay fora Christmas meal for one homeless person, including them in the feast.
As well as meeting basic needs, Emmanuel House offers a range of services and outreach to help people rebuild their lives. This includes benefits advice, support with resettlement and a Polish speaking support worker, on site nurse 5 days a week, a program of skills, workshops and activities as well as meeting the additional complex needs of our service users. We also manage the Winter Shelter, which last year provided 2,122 nights off the street and found accommodation for 98% of its residents.
