CR Zero 2020 is a project that aims to end chronic rough sleeping in Croydon by the end of 2020. It is made up of a network of key homelessness agencies operating in Croydon, as well as key Local Authority personnel, businesses, faith groups and concerned individuals. 

The innovation fund will help to tackle systems barriers to people coming off the street and into appropriate housing and support.
