Creating a bridge between our deeply divided communities we are raising funds to support our annual Summer Camp and Short Film Festival. These projects are an essential part of what we do, reiterating our core values and underlining our commitment to the local community. They provide creative and artistic activities, acting as an essential accompaniment to our development, helping to raise our profile and embedding us within the wider community. The implementation of these two projects enabling us to bring Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs together in a welcoming and inclusive environment, providing welcome relief from the atmosphere of suspicion and hostility.
Since the civil war ended more than two decades ago, progress in Bosnia-Herzegovina has been patchy and uneven. We frequently encounter a mood of pessimism within the wider community, along with an associated sense that things are unlikely to improve in the near or distant future. Our work seeks to provide the reconciliation process.
