In the past 35 years First Rung has supported 10,000 young people transform their lives through education and employment opportunities that would otherwise have been out of their reach. A significant proportion of young people we work with come to us from disadvantaged backgrounds. First Rung offers a vital lifeline of support to help our young people bridge the gap between their future potential and current challenging circumstances such as homelessness, bullying, youth offending, social care or special educational and behavioural needs.    

In August 2018 we will be moving out of our current premises and are raising funds support our brand new centre; The Hasina Ali Learning Centre at 333, named after one of our inspirational teachers who sadly passed away at the age of 34.   

The Hasina Ali Learning Centre at 333 will be a modern learning environment in the heart of Colindale, north-west London where young people will come together to learn skills vital to their employment prospects.   We are asking for your vital support through sponsorship to make our vision of The Hasina Ali Learning Centre at 333 a reality.
