Forgotten Women endeavours to help women who have suffered injustice, hardship and neglect whether it is due to war, natural disasters or poverty. Our objective is to offer women the opportunity to develop their independence and protect their dignity.

Story

The humanitarian situation in Somalia continues to deteriorate, there is a high risk that the country will face its third famine in 25 years. More than 6.2 million people – half of the total population – are in urgent need of humanitarian aid, including almost 3 million facing a food security crisis.

Somalia is at a critical point and we can help save the situation by acting now. Your help is needed so urgent food supplies can be rushed to famine stricken areas which will save people from starvation and death.
