As you know, FOUR PAWS recently responded to a serious situation in Gaza. A grim scene, starving animals were in desperate need of food and veterinary care. 

FOUR PAWS provided immediate care to animals at three Gaza zoos. Thanks to your support and the awareness raised, local authorities have invited FOUR PAWS to evaluate the situation in all Gaza zoos.

Given our previous experience in the area and our relationships within Gaza, FOUR PAWS is confident that a long-term, sustainable solution can be achieved for all affected wild animals.

FOUR PAWS cannot do this alone. The relevant authorities in Gaza and the owners of the animals must work together and take responsibility for the affected species.

We will continue to offer support in this matter, and prolong our food distribution until the end of April as we look to establish next steps for a long-term solution.
