Ignition is Frantic Assembly's innovative training programme for young men at a formative stage of their education and personal lives.

This national, free programme has a significant impact on young men's creative experiences and long-term personal development. It recruits young men from areas of high deprivation, building confidence and raising aspirations.Ignition has changed the lives of over 2000 young men since it began in 2008. 

"It was one of the first times I remembered my mum being proud of me. Mum's pride in me made me feel more secure that I was achieving something. It affected everyone around me, not just me. When your whole family are happy for you, it's the only motivation you need."
