The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.

Dock House has been an integral part of the Homeless community within the City of Hull for a number of years. A year ago, Humbercare took on the building in the run up to winter because we felt that there was a need for the service and didn't want to see a much loved building empty. The building is old and inevitably needs maintenance and upgrading from time to time and at present, it is the shower areas that are in need.
Our hope is that with support from others, we can do a DIY SOS over a few days towards the end of November, the outcome of this will inevitably improve facilities for the servce users and give them a lovely hot shower to come in to which is something most of us take for granted.
Any funds left over will be used to make other improvements to the building.
