The past year has been particularly devastating for Syria. Five years into the conflict; alongside the consistent airstrikes and attacks on medical facilities; sieges have resulted in constant shortages of food and in some cities, wide-spread starvation.

With more than 6.6 million people internally displaced within the country, and more than half the population in urgent need of humanitarian assistance, the situation is unbearable.

For many living there, the thought of a hearty meal has become a distant memory, as they struggle to find enough food to survive.

This year, donate your Qurbani to the people of Syria, and help us reach those who urgently need our help. We'll be distributing fresh meat to the poor and needy in some of the hardest-hit and hardest to reach parts of Syria, such as Homs.
