Over 350 children affected by HIV attend the school at the Project and receive lunch. They are either orphans or children with sick parents who have no form of income to allow them to pay for state school.

With the help of our friends we have over time built classrooms and a kitchen, and we have latrines and a well for clean water.  Our usual fundraising covers the daily cost of running the school but we now need additional funds to help us maintain the school as some of the equipment and rooms have been in use for many years.  This includes:

Mending 25 desks and the teachers chairs

Providing doors and windows for the teachers office

Providing windows for the computer room 

Painting walls

Improve the ventilation in the classrooms
