Home-Start Kernow is a charity in Cornwall, who use wonderful volunteers to support families with children under 5.  For the last two years, the Lottery has enabled us to run targeted groups to support families with poor mental health.  During each 20 week programme, families have engaged with Home-Start, the volunteers and each other to increase parent and child confidence, improve mental health and increase community interactions and social integration.

Due to current restrictions our groups and Home-Visiting service are unable to run and this has inspired us to send out activity parcels to the families, to help entertain the children and support the families from a distance.

June's activity pack is based on nature and planting and by donating to our charity you can share some of the fun, while supporting the work we do.

Send us your name and address and donate a minimum of £5 and we will send you a Sunflower planting pack.  Keep involved by sending us pictures of your plant and we will share them on our Facebook Page.  How big will yours grow?
