The HDA Patient Care Trust (HDAPCT) offers a free second opinion and advice to those people who have hit a medical brick wall, and who have exhausted all other avenues of diagnosis.

The HDAPCT believes that everyone deserves the right to seek the best possible diagnosis and treatment of their medical condition.
