IntoUniversity Walworth's secondary student council represents the voice of after-school Academic Support at the centre, located near Elephant & Castle.

This year the students identified the need for a new laptop. More and more, schools are setting computer-based homework, and many students don't have access to a computer at home. The student council put their heads together, and decided to run a cake sale to raise money.

Earlier in the month, the students baked loads of cakes and decorated boxes, raising a fantastic £83!

The students are aiming to crowdfund an additional £200 to help them to reach their goal.
