The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileEntrepreneur and best-selling author, Daniel Priestley will be donating his time and expertise to mentor former offenders from the charity Key4Life, who have served time in prison for various offences including drug dealing. His passion is to share alternative business ideas with these young people who clearly have an entrepreneurial spark.
Key4Life has demonstrated huge success in breaking the cycle of crime with 14% re-offending rate, which is four times less than the national average of 61% one year post-release.
Many of these young offenders have shown to have transferable skills and have demonstrated they have leadership skills and have an untapped pool of talent for creating successful legal businesses. With a little guidance, we can steer and support them to turn their lives around.
A donation of £40 will allow us to run a training workshop for a young ex-offender to influence them to use their skills in a legitimate business. We have a unique opportunity to leverage Daniel Priestley’s time and expertise and we want to make this available to as many young people as we can.
100% of any funds you donate will go directly to this project in collaboration with Key4Life.
Thank you in advance, Eva Hamilton MBE and the Key4Life Team.
