A one-stop shop of integrated therapy services helping children and young people with movement disorders reach their full potential. The sooner we act, the greater the impact. We offer physiotherapy, conductive education, occupational therapy, music therapy, speech and language therapy and DMI.

Story

We asked the children at our school what they wanted in our new Centre. One of the girls said ‘a milkshake tree’! We’ve adopted this name as it captures the spirit of our mission to support disabled children to develop independence, confidence and self-esteem– and, hopefully, to make their dreams come true.

The Parents' Hub is an important feature of the new building.  It will be a warm and welcoming space for parents and carers where they can access information about a range of services including education, health and social care, meet each other and exchange ideas and information in a supportive environment.

There will be computers, a small library, a space for making drinks, a meeting table as well as comfortable chairs for more relaxed chats or reading.  The Hub will open out onto a sensory roof garden which can be enjoyed in  the warmer months.

The Parents' Hub will provide much-needed respite and the space for parents and carers to support each other and share their experiences.
