Dearest Elgin was rescued from a dead-end shelter along with his other buddies, but we soon realise he has Masticular Muscle Myositis, which has caused a locked jaw and atrophy of his head muscles. He can't open his mouth more than a little. He had to have every single tooth removed! 

Elgin is a very sweet and gentle boy who is in need of a loving home or sponsor while his foster Mum takes care of him.
