UPDATE:

Hershey is growing up and in good spirits at his foster home, but he has recently developed decubitus ulcers - these wounds occur when a bony part of the body rests for long periods against a hard surface, restricting blood flow to the area. His back leg is currently seriously infected because his body is growing unevenly, it is hard to move him off one side onto the other. 

Please help us raise funds to help Hershey get back to a healthy state!

STORY

Hershey was unfortunately in an accident when he was 1 month old (before he had a chance to be adopted) and has since then been paralysed waist down. We would like to give him the best chance of life. 

It breaks our heart as we know his life won't be an easy path - he will need on-going wheelchairs, regular check ups with specialists, acupuncture and much needed intensive care.
