We set up The Little Box of Distractions on the 8th of October 2015. We became a registered charity in July 2016. (SC046689) 

We provide a box of items proven to help distract people who are in mental distress (Self-Harm, Depression, Personality Disorders etc). This helps to keep people safe.

So far we have helped 700 people in the UK and the demand is relatively high. We would like to be able to continue to provide this service to people in the UK.
