We started in the mid 1980's and provide soup runs for the homeless and disadvantaged in London and Slough. In 2014 we started a winter night shelter in Slough. We began a food share program in 2020 collecting from supermarkets and distributing to a number of local Charities every day.

Story

The number of rough sleepers in Slough is rising dramatically and there is a critical need for shelter during the coldest months of the year.  We can now provide  a safe, warm, dry place to sleep. We do this with the help of over 250 volunteers across Slough.

The Emergency Winter Shelter is now in its third year and from the 4 January 2016 will open its doors once again.

In order to fund the Shelter we are planning our first sponsored ‘Sleepout’. An opportunity for everyone to get involved, to support those who are less fortunate than ourselves by sleeping outside together, for one night.

Slough Sleepout for the Homeless will be a fully managed and secure environment where you can join many others for a night of solidarity as well as a night of entertainment and fun and finally a night where you will also experience a night in a cardboard box.  We can promise you a night you will never forget !

Join us, bring your friends! You won’t regret it !
