Safiya Stewart MACA member and YPU founder, died at the age of 18. She was a young person with vision, ambition, a great future, and achieved so much in 18 yrs. She set up YPU to bring young people together and to set a platform to develop young people. She was excelling in college, and held 3 part time jobs, as well as plans to run her own business, She was an active member of the community, and we want to build on her legacy to create more opportunities for young people in the arts and hospitality
