When mothers2mothers (m2m) began its work 15 years ago, odds were high that Slindile, the little girl in this photo who is the daughter of a m2m client in Swaziland, would have been one of the hundreds of babies born each day facing a future shadowed by HIV. But thanks to m2m, which provided Slindile's mother with essential health education and support to access lifesaving medications, both mother and child are healthy and look forward to celebrating many birthdays together!
